Officer
Cost-effective project management and
creative problem-solving are the hallmarks of Ted Waldbart’s professional
career. For more than 20 years, Waldbart handled key positions at blue chip
corporations such as Coca-Cola and Phillips Petroleum, developing and
implementing dozens of initiatives to improve workflow, streamline production
processes, increase information-sharing, upgrade global I/T systems, and
strengthen account and financial management. Waldbart has also owned and
operated a successful property remodeling and management company.
Waldbart brings to HERO invaluable
experience in the nonprofit arena as well, having served for three years in
leadership positions with the Safe America Foundation. As a church volunteer,
Waldbart has supervised various projects for homeless shelters and been active
in fundraising and financial oversight.
Waldbart has done extensive work in
Haiti since 1998, coordinating medical missions, organizing large-scale
container shipments, and managing construction and infrastructure projects
effectively and efficiently.
