Devastation in the Diocese of Jacmel Please Help! Devastation in the Diocese of Jacmel in one Parish Alone / Msgr Domond is Asking for HELP!!!. Dear friends, These pictures show the devastation that the earthquake has casued in the diocese of Jacmel, Haiti, in one parish ( Baudin) and its chapels alone. These do not include Saint Peter and Saint Paul Church in Bainet, the damaged and useless Saint Jacques and Saint Philippe Cathedral in the city of Jacmel, the Building of the High School (IDEPH), Sacred Heart of Meyer... The Vicar General Msgr Theodule Domond is overwhelmed and asking for HELP!!!
